Rutherford, NJ --- Tradema of America President and Chief Executive Officer Ronald Jackson today announced that its timepiece brand JEANRICHARD has conceived of a unique customer-engagement program through its new sponsorship of Autocon Motorsports, a top team in the American Le Mans Series where JEANRICHARD is also the official timekeeper and watch of the series.

“We’re really looking forward to this year’s program because what we’re doing is more than run-of-the-mill logos on race cars,” said Jackson. “What we’ve come up with will deliver added value to our clients, and help retailers grow their businesses.”

Dubbed “Watch, See, Win,” the promotion provides anyone who buys a JEANRICHARD timepiece during the promotional period and in the U.S. at an authorized retailer two free tickets to a 2006 American Le Mans Series (www.americanlemans.com) race of their choosing and a one-year subscription to bi-monthly magazine Auto Aficionado (www.autoaficionado.net).

All purchasers will then be entered into a grand prize drawing that will occur just after the last race. The grand prize winners will receive a three-day, two night (accommodations at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort) trip for two to Atlanta for a one-day racing immersion experience at the Panoz Racing School, and a replica helmet of that worn by Autocon driver Chris McMurry during the 2006 American Le Mans Series season.

The helmet’s dramatic, detailed graphic design depicts JEANRICHARD’s in-house manufactured watch movement know as the JR1000, which is the heart of the timepieces produced by the factory in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. The helmet painting is being produced by hand by the world’s leading motorsports graphic design firm Troy Lee Designs. The gift helmet is one of six such items in existence.

Additionally, one lucky retailer will be selected, based on each retailer’s JEANRICHARD timepiece sales during the promotional period, to join the winning customer on the trip and driving school experience, as well as in receiving a replica helmet.

“Sebring will be a big moment for us. We’ll roll out this program, Chris will publicly debut the Troy Lee helmet design, and our 2006 edition of the Sebring watch will be unveiled,” added Jackson. “And, we’ll be featured on the Autocon Lola EX257 prototype 1 class entry, which should run upfront throughout this historic endurance racing event.”

The promotional program will run from the first race of the season on March 18 (12 Hours of Sebring) to the season finale on October 21 (Monterey Sports Car Championship).

JEANRICHARD is an independent brand of the Sowind Group SA, which also owns and distributes Girard-Perregaux watches. The brand JEANRICHARD is focused on the true qualities of the mechanical movement as the main element of a watch. In short, the movement becomes the symbolic heart of the JEANRICHARD brand. The brands technical and creative competences allow this heart to beat soundly. JEANRICHARD has inherited a great name and has great respect for the Swiss watch-making values. Yet, with lots of originality and modernity, the brand imagines and elaborates small complications which reinvent how time is read. This is an audacious way to express one’s identity and independence. JEANRICHARD is distributed in North America by Tradema of America, a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent.
